Who we are

Twenty Seven Plus is a coffee shop in Abu Rummaneh, Damascus, Syria. You can reach us on +963 940 545 354.

What we collect

When you send an event request we store: venue type, estimated guests, event date, time and type, place name, area and address, an optional map pin, your name, your phone number, any notes you add, and the time you agreed to this notice.

If you drop a pin on the map, only its coordinates are sent to OpenStreetMap (Nominatim) to read the street address, and Google Maps shows a preview of that spot. Nothing you type is sent to them.

We do not use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies on this website.

Why and how we use it

Only to respond to your request and plan the event with you. Your request is saved in our database. After you submit, your own WhatsApp opens with your request addressed to our number (+963 940 545 354); it is sent only when you tap Send.

We will not sell your details or use them for marketing without asking you separately.

Who can see it

Authorised Twenty Seven Plus staff, the service provider that hosts this website, and WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) for the message you choose to send us.

How long we keep it

We keep event requests for up to 12 months after the event date, then delete them, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. [Retention period pending owner confirmation.]

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your details at any time by calling or messaging +963 940 545 354.
